Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 scant c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. cut up celery
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 small jar pimentos
Preparation
-
Mix sauerkraut, sugar and salad oil.
Stir well and let stand several hours.
When ready to serve, add green pepper, celery, onion and pimentos.
