Potato Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 potatoes (unpeeled), thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 sweet red pepper, slivered
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
    1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
    1/2 c. shredded Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In a bowl, toss together potatoes, onion and oil.
    Stir in red pepper, garlic, parsley, salt, rosemary and pepper.
    Brush a 12-inch pizza pan with oil.
    Spread pan with potato mix.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, or until tender, brown and crisp.
    Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 to 8 minutes longer or until golden brown. Makes 6 servings.
