Baked Lemon Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    6 slices lemon
    3/4 c. catsup
    3/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper and dredge in flour. Brown chops in oil.
    Arrange in baking dish with a lemon slice on each.
    Mix catsup, water and brown sugar.
    Pour over chops.
    Bake uncovered 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    If sauce cooks down too much, you may need to add a little water.
