Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
6 eggs, beaten
6 slices bread, cubed
2 c. milk
2 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation

Place bread cubes in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle cheese over.
Add browned sausage.
Blend eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper and pour over ingredients in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
