Yeast Rolls(Club Member: Lee Ann Mcraney) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast (RapidRise)
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    5 1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Heat water with butter added until butter melts. Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add water and egg. Knead on floured surface about 5 minutes. Put in greased bowl and let rise until double. Divide in half and roll out in a circle. Cut into 8 pie-shaped pieces. Brush with melted butter and roll up into crescent roll. Let rise until doubled and bake.
