Chocolate Chip Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chipped
    whipping cream
    1 1/2 c. macaroon crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. softened butter
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Make crust first:
    Mix macaroon crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, softened butter and 1 tablespoon water.
    Mix well; pat into an 8-inch cake pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
