Chicken Spectacular - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked, cut up chicken
1 medium onion, grated
2 cans French-style green beans, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained and diced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild and white rice, cooked as directed
1 can celery soup
1 medium jar pimento
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 stick margarine

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except stuffing mix and margarine.
Pour into a greased 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole.
Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Uncover.
Melt margarine and stir in stuffing mix.
Sprinkle stuffing mixture on top; place back in oven for a few minutes.
