Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. apples
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 can cream cheese icing

Preparation

Grease and flour a 9 x 12 cake pan. Peel, core and chop apples. Beat eggs. Combine oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well.
Fold in apples and nuts. Pour in cake pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool. Top with cream cheese icing.
