Potatoes On The Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 thinly sliced potatoes (peeled)
    1 small onion, peeled and sliced
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Place potatoes and onions on double thickness of aluminum foil. Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Wrap tightly. Cook on grill over direct heat for about 1 hour or until tender, turning potatoes over half way through cooking.
