Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cabbage leaves
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    6 saltines
    1 chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cook cabbage leaves in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Drain.
    Mix meats, crushed crackers, onion, salt and pepper.
    Add beaten egg.
    Mix well.
    Place 3 tablespoons of meat mixture on each leaf and roll.
    Fasten with toothpick.
    Put in large skillet and cover with spaghetti sauce.
    Cover skillet and simmer about 1 hour.
