One Step Yogurt Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. soda (baking)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. butter, softened
    1 c. (8 oz. container) orange or lemon yogurt
    3 eggs
Preparation
    In a large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Blend at low speed.
    Beat for 3 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
    Pour batter in greased and floured 10-inch Bundt or tube pan.
    Bake 60 to 65 minutes or until top springs back.
    You may frost or serve plain.
