Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes chopped broccoli
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli; drain well.
    Mix onions, soup, eggs and mayonnaise.
    Mix in broccoli.
    Put in a 10-inch baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
    Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter and spread over top.
    Bake about 1 1/2 hours or until a knife is inserted and comes out clean.
    Serves 10 to 12.
