Pot Roast Of Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small potato, sliced
    1 carrot, pared and peeled
    1 small onion, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 to 2 lb. boneless beef roast
    Kitchen Bouquet (optional)
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Place vegetables in bottom of crock-pot.
    Salt and pepper. Brush with Kitchen Bouquet, if desired.
    Add water; cover and cook 10 to 12 hours.
