Fried Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    yellow flowers or dandelions (pick)
    flour batter (make batter with flour and water or milk)
    salt water (1 qt. water to 2 tsp. salt)
Preparation
    Soak flowers in salt water solution for 15 minutes.
    Shake off and dip in flour batter.
    Fry in hot oil until batter is crisp. Remove from oil and place on a paper towel covered dish.
    Lightly salt.
    Serve hot.
    Tastes like fried zucchini.
