Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cans pineapple chunks in juice
4 Tbsp. flour
4 chicken breasts (halves, skinless, boned)
1 Tbsp. salad oil
4 Tbsp. honey
4 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
5 tsp. chopped dried chives
Preparation

About 20 minutes before serving pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup of the juice, set pineapple chunks and juice aside.
Mix flour and salt.
Coat chicken.
Cook chicken in skillet in oil until golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes on each side.
Remove and put into baking dish.
In the drippings, stir honey, teriyaki sauce, chives and pineapple juice.
Boil 30 seconds.
Add pineapple chunks. Heat thoroughly.
Pour over chicken.
Serve.
