Zucchini Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini
    1/4 c. lemon juice (bottled lemon juice)
    1 pkg. Sure-Jell
    3 c. sugar
    2 boxes apricot Jell-O
Preparation
    Peel and cook zucchini in small amount of water until tender. Put in blender until smooth.
    Measure 3 cups zucchini into large kettle.
    Add 1/4 cup of lemon juice and Sure-Jell.
    Boil for 2 minutes.
    Add sugar and apricot Jell-O.
    Stir well and boil for another 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat and put into jars.
