Strawberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 angel food cake
1 pt. low-fat ice cream or frozen yogurt
1 c. milk
1 sugar-free vanilla pudding
1 sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 qt. of strawberries
Preparation

Break up cake and put in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix ice cream or yogurt with milk and vanilla pudding.
Pour over cake.
Chill. Mix strawberry Jell-O, water and berries.
Allow to thicken.
Pour over cake and chill.
