Cheddar Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. onions
1 c. celery
1 c. carrots
1 tsp. mustard
6 c. chicken broth
1 c. American cheese
1/2 c. flour
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1 lb. Polish sausage, sliced
Preparation
-
Saute until soft the onions, celery and carrots.
Add mustard. Warm chicken broth and add to mixture.
Stir in American cheese that has been tossed with flour.
Stir until thick.
Before serving, add can of beer and Polish sausage.
Heat and serve.
