Great Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 loin pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can French fried onions
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Coat chops in mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown chops on both sides in hot shortening.
    Place in an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
