Cheesy Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) jar Old English sharp pasteurized process cheese spread
    2 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    4 c. hot mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Add process cheese spread, egg yolks, pimiento and parsley to potatoes; mix well.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
