1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Bring to boil first 5 ingredients.
Reduce heat; stir in oleo until thick.
Pour over cooked carrots.
