Sherley'S Tomatoes(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. coarsely grated Parmesan cheese, tightly packed
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onions, white and green parts
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    4 small ripe tomatoes
    salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix cheese, green onions, parsley and mayonnaise.
    Core and cut tomatoes in half horizontally.
    Put tomatoes, cut side up, in shallow baking pan.
    Season with salt and pepper.
