German Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 c. Crisco
1 Tbsp. sugar
water
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and sugar in a large bowl.
Add Crisco and mix with fingers until of mealy consistency.
Beat egg in cup and add water to measure 1 cup.
Add mixture and combine until moistened. Roll out baseball size portion of dough on floured board to make 1 crust.
