Ingredients

1 c. all purpose flour
1 c. skim milk
1 t. salt
2 large beaten eggs
1/2 c. beef roast drippings
Preparation

Mix first four ingredients with a hand beater just until smooth.
pour 1/2 c. hot beef roast drippings in a 9 by 9 square pan.
Pour batter into this pan.
Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with beef roast and vegetables.
