Cheesy Beef Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. cubed pepper Jack cheese
    1 (16 oz.) taco sauce
    1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and chilies, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems
    1 (2 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the cheeses, taco sauce, tomatoes, mushrooms and olives. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
