Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Place butter, water and cocoa into a pan.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Mix flour, sugar and salt in a bowl.
Pour cocoa mixture into dry ingredients and mix with a fork.
Beat eggs and sour cream.
Add baking soda.
Mix altogether.
Pour into greased 17 1/2 x 11-inch sheet pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
