Fluffy Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 eggs, separated
cold milk or hot water
1 tsp. butter
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
Beat yolks with fork and add to them 1 tablespoon cold milk or hot water for each yolk.
Add salt and pepper.
Beat whites until they adhere to the sides of the bowl and fold them in.
Melt the teaspoon of butter in a medium-size heavy pan which can go into the oven.
When the pan is hot, pour the eggs in and brown on top of the stove for less than a minute; then put in oven for 15 minutes.
Do not open the oven door while cooking.
Test with a knife.
If it is finished, it will be firm.
Make 2 nicks on opposite sides and fold.
