Orange Loaf Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 7/8 c. sifted flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable shortening
1/2 c. liquid (juice of 1 orange plus water to make 1/2 c. juice)
2 eggs
Preparation

Sift first 4 ingredients together into bowl.
Beat all ingredients for 4 minutes.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan and bake 60 to 65 minutes at 350\u00b0.
