Chicken Casserole(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, skinned and boneless
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 (7 oz.) bag herb rice (Quiggs)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Grease casserole dish; melt margarine in bottom (1/2 stick). Sprinkle rice over bottom of dish.
    Mix the 2 cans of soup and only 1 can of water together.
    Pour over rice; mix thoroughly. Place breasts on top of rice.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until chicken is tender, rice has absorbed the liquid and the soup has thickened.
