Potato Soup With Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, diced
    1 tsp. butter
    1 can cream of asparagus soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    5 slices pressed ham, diced
Preparation
    Boil potatoes slowly in water until tender.
    Do not drain; add butter.
    Add soup gradually, stirring until smooth.
    Stir in salt, pepper and ham.
    Cook for 10 minutes longer.
    Serve with soda crackers.
    Yields 5 servings.
