Scalloped Potatoes In Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
pepper
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. hot milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add flour and seasonings.
Stir until smooth. Slowly add hot milk, stirring.
When thickened, melt cheese in sauce.
