Can'T Miss Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1 c. canned whole kernel corn
    1/2 can water
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    3 strips bacon, uncooked
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef, uncooked
    1/4 can water
Preparation
    In a greased 2-quart baking dish, combine rice, salt, pepper, corn, 1 can tomato sauce, water, onion and green pepper.
    Add ground beef and second can of tomato sauce.
    Add 1/4 can of water and cover with bacon strips.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Serves 4 to 6.
