Mexican Fireballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 c. minced onions
    3 Tbsp. green chilies, diced
    3 Tbsp. tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    sliced ripe or green olives
    pineapple tidbits
    sliced water chestnuts
    sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients, except cheese; mix well.
    Form 1-inch balls.
    Stuff each with either the olives, pineapple, water chestnuts or mushrooms.
    Coat the balls with Parmesan cheese. Place them on a baking tray; bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. May be frozen before baking.
    Makes 40 appetizers.
