Dusty Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. nutmeg
8 medium potatoes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Peel and quarter potatoes.
Combine bread crumbs, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Dip potatoes in melted butter; roll in bread crumb mixture.
Place in greased jelly roll pan or on a cookie sheet with sides.
Bake until crisp and brown, about 1 hour, at 350\u00b0.
