Short Pie Tart Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. soft butter
    3 Tbsp. boiling water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0 (hot).
    Blend Bisquick and butter in bowl. Add boiling water and stir vigorously with fork until dough forms a ball and cleans the bowl.
    Dough will be puffy and soft.
    Divide into 6 parts.
    Pat out each piece on a 5 inch circle of heavy-duty aluminum foil (use lid of coffee can to measure foil).
    Makes tart shells by folding up an inch of foil and pinching in 4 corners. Place tarts on baking sheets.
    Bake 7 to 9 minutes until lightly browned.
    Cool.
    Remove foil carefully.
