Creole Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    salt and pepper
    1 c. uncooked rice
    chopped green pepper
    chopped onion
    3 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Season chops.
    Place in large skillet.
    Cover with rice, green pepper and onion; season with salt and pepper.
    Combine water and catsup; pour over chops and bring to a boil.
    Lower heat; cover and simmer 1 hour.
