Old Fashioned Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 slices bread (at least 3 days old)
1 c. raisins (optional)
3 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
pinch of salt
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Toast bread lightly; butter generously.
Cut into about 1/4 inch squares.
Arrange in buttered 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with raisins.
