Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Quick Quaker oats
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. oil (Mazola or Crisco)
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 1/3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over the oats. Let stand while mixing the remaining ingredients. Now, add the oats and blend well. Cook in baking pan, 8 x 12 x 3-inch sides. Bake at 300\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
