Miniature Cheesecakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
vanilla wafers
pie filling or jam
Preparation

Beat together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla on medium speed for 10 minutes.
Place a vanilla wafer on the bottom of muffin tin lined with cupcake papers. Pour filling in each one, 3/4 full.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Top with pie filling or jam.
For a bigger batch, use 3 packages of cream cheese and 2/3 cup sugar.
