Ingredients

4 eggs (1 c.)
1 lb. confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. Crisco oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. anise extract
Preparation

Beat
eggs 10 minutes at high speed.
Add confectioners sugar gradually
to
eggs.
Beat, then add Crisco oil, flour, baking powder,
salt and anise extract.
Chill good and cold. Roll out with form roller and cut.
Place on cookie sheets or board.
Let stand overnight (uncovered).
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
