Cool 'N Easy Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (4 serving) Jell-O
    2/3 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    ice cubes
    1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
    1 graham cracker crust
    additional whipped topping to garnish pie
Preparation
    Stir boiling water into gelatin until dissolved.
    Mix water and ice to make 1 1/4 cups.
    Stir into gelatin until thickened. Remove ice.
    Stir in whipped topping.
    Refrigerate 10 minutes. Spoon into crust.
    Refrigerate four hours.
    Garnish with whipped topping.
    Makes 8 servings.
