Spanish Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, melted
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. chopped green peppers
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped pimentos
6 medium peeled, diced and cooked potatoes
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except potatoes, then pour mixture over 6 medium, hot, peeled, diced and cooked potatoes.
Serve warm.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
