Pork And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. pork (in bite-size)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped red or green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. saltine crumbs
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Cook pork, celery, pepper and onion until the meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
    In a large bowl, combine pork mixture, noodles, soups, corn, milk, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Put in ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine crumbs and butter; sprinkle on top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until heated through.
    Serves 8 to 10.
