Fried Crawdad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. fish fry
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 lb. peeled crawfish tails
    oil
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk and Worcestershire sauce. In a separate bowl, combine the fish fry, flour, baking powder, salt, cayenne pepper and garlic powder.
    Dip the crawfish in the egg mixture and coat with the dry mixture.
    Heat the oil and deep fry
    the breaded crawfish until golden.
    Serves 4 to 6.
