Crock-Pot Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Ore-Ida hash browns, broken apart
    3/4 stick margarine, melted
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together.
    (They may be mixed the night before.)
    Put into crock-pot.
    Cook on high for 1 hour, then on low for 3 hours (or start on low and cook longer).
    If not thickened, remove lid and cook awhile on high, stirring occasionally.
