Peanut Butter Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/8 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. milk
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 pkg. kisses

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, beat Crisco and peanut butter.
Add the 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
Beat until combined.
Beat in egg, milk and vanilla. Beat in the flour.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Roll in the 1/4 cup sugar.
Place 2-inches apart on cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Immediately add kiss to the center.
Transfer to wire racks to cool.
Makes 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
