Chicken A La Jacqueline - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole chicken
    1 lemon
    1/2 onion
    1/4 green pepper
    8 mushrooms, sliced
    1 carrot, sliced (julienne)
    1 c. red wine
    4 Tbsp. catsup
    fresh basil
    fresh oregano
    fresh garlic
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Clean and cut in half chicken.
    Rub with lemon.
    Mix catsup and wine.
    Pour half on chicken.
    Season with all ingredients. Cut onion, pepper, mushrooms and carrots; put on top.
    Turn chicken over after baking 1 hour.
    Use the rest of the seasoning and bake for 1/2 hour more.
    Bake at 375\u00b0.
