Light And Zesty Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boneless
    1/3 c. Italian dressing
    2/3 c. Minute rice
    15 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    28 oz. can French fried onions
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 bouillon cubes (can be used for chicken broth)
Preparation
    Cut chicken in small pieces.
    Put chicken in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Pour Italian dressing over it.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Mix in rice, vegetables and 1/2 can French fried onions.
    Then pour in chicken broth.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes, uncovered.
