Mashed Potato Casserole(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 large potatoes
    1/3 c. sour cream or yogurt
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    milk
    1/8 tsp. dill seed
    2 tsp. chives, chopped
    1 c. cooked spinach, well drained and chopped
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Add next 5 ingredients.
    Add just enough milk to bring to proper consistency, and beat until fluffy. Add dill seed, chives and spinach.
    Place in greased casserole dish and top with cheese.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
