Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls (8)
1 tube sausage, cooked and drained
3 c. grated cheese
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper
Preparation

Pat rolls together and put in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Put sausage on top of rolls.
Put cheese on top of sausage.
Beat eggs, milk and seasonings and pour over cheese.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 425\u00b0 until the center is firm.
Cool.
Cut in squares. Wrap in foil and freeze or serve.
